1. FLAMEL-AKUSTA for Aircraft

Our proprietary cell matrix is a honeycomb structure where a cell is embedded in a flame-retardant matrix, it’s called FLAMEL-AKUSTA from KHAIEL.

We are making this part injection moulded so they are very versatile for mass production.

At the same time, they provided very high level of safety and we design a better impact around this part.

They stop the propagation of heat through all the pack and make the pack safe enough to be put into an aircraft.

2. The world first certified battery system for aircraft

We are one of the first company in the world who design and build a battery system that is being certified and able to put into an aircraft.

This is one of our first product. It’s a 400V complete battery system that withstand all the tests that are required to be put into an airplane. We accomplished this using different kinds of engineering methods and also different materials, for example with the KhaiEL AKUSTA-FLAMEL material.

3. Compact Designed Battery

You can see that is very tightly packed and contained all the BMS, electronics 400V.

Its basically a complete EV battery pack in a very little suitcase but of course with less capacity.

Here you can also see the safety aspects of all the battery system, we have single cell fuses, we have the special KHAIEL material, and the battery is completely connected over this big PCB. So we have a very compact and light weight and safe design.
